SUSA Personnel led the effort for managing utilities and infrastructure for this US Manufacturer’s (“Manufacturer”) $60 million capital investment. This included working with the Manufacturer and the developer (seller of the building) to develop a special purpose entity for owning the substation and assets, providing both the Manufacturer and the developer a competitive advantage for procuring power. SUSA personnel also managed all of the utility infrastructure repairs and capital improvements.
