SUSA was selected by the owner/developer to represent their interest in negotiating with the demolition company and coordinating the project with the environmental team. SUSA was also selected to manage the disposition of all assets and commodities. such as. SUSA’s work included managing the sale of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sale of machinery, equipment used in the former operations, and managing the reclamation of the wood and brick from the 100 plus year old structure. SUSA’s efforts, when complete, will provide value to the owner/developer more than $3.5 million through the sale of assets, commodities and via a taxable donation, which will result in a sizable tax credit.
